41 Pekin St
41 Pekin St. is an affordable home-ownership project that was completed in July, 2010. It marked the beginning of Smith Hill CDC’s Pekin St. Historical District revitalization. We are pleased to have sold this to first-time homeowners who love the house.
The building includes a fully restored two-floor unit with four bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths and in-unit laundry facilities; and a two-bedroom fully restored rental unit. The living space for the second floor home-ownership unit is close to 2000 square feet. With high ceilings, a dining room, living room, recreation room and three bedroom, it looks like a palace! The plans below for a better idea of the finished product.
