963 Project


The 963 Project consists of two multi-family houses that are being rehabilitated for home ownership.  Each house will have a two-story, four bedroom townhouse apartment on the second and third floors and a two-bedroom rental on the first.  This design allows the homeowner to increase the family’s income through rental income which in turn helps pay all the housing-related costs.  Rental income combined with an asking price of approximately $135,000 makes this project truly unique.
