About Smith Hill Community Development Corporation

Smith Hill Community Development Corporation (SHCDC) is a community-based organization dedicated to the creation of quality affordable and mixed income housing choices, the promotion of economic development and neighborhood improvement.

Since our incorporation in 1993, we have provided over 85 combined units of “affordable” home ownership and rental opportunities.

We currently are taking applications for our rental properties and have several home ownership options available.  Click here if you are looking for a place to live.
