Smith Hill CDC is currently working on a construction project at 41 Pekin and engaged in the final stages of pre-development for Visions II, which is a LIHTC (Low Income Housing Tax Credit) project that consists of 24 properties within the focused target area of the Pekin St. Historical District. We are also involved with several community initiatives with wonderful individuals and organizational partners. Not everything we do is listed here, but it is a great place to begin. We hope to have some exciting news soon about our Visions II project.
