Home Ownership opportunities in Smith Hill developed by the CDC

Currently, Smith Hill CDC has no residential units available for purchase.  Market conditions have created a situation where the area of greatest need is in rental units.  Smith Hill CDC will continue to address to the needs of city residents by remaining flexible and responsive in all our construction projects.
