Francis is a 24 year resident of the city of Providence and has served as Executive Director of the Smith Hill CDC for the past four years. He has over 25 years of administrative experience in nonprofit management. In addition to a Liberal Arts Degree from Rhode Island College he has also earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Suffolk University.
Francis is married to Mary Ellen (Pare) Smith who is an educator in Providence. They have five children. Francis has coached for many years in various youth sports programs in addition to serving in a volunteer capacity for numerous other church and community organizations.

Christian taught English for four years at La Salle Academy. In real estate, he has managed the rehabilitation of a five-unit apartment building, currently property manages eight rental units and has rebuilt a Smith Hill cottage without a compressor or nail gun. Christian was in the inaugural cohort of Brown University’s Urban Education Program where he studied educational reform.
Christian lives in Smith Hill and owns a gallery/performance space there with his wife, Krzystyna. They have a 3 year old boy named Oskar and new baby girl named Ella. These days he spends much of his time writing songs with his son about trash trucks, fire engines and giant robots.

Larry has worked at the Smith Hill CDC for 3 years and during that time the number of units that he is responsible for has doubled. Professionally, Larry has been employed as either a maintenance man or musician since he was seventeen. He started working maintenance at the Neighborhood Youth Center in Baltimore, Maryland in 1966, the same year he began his fifteen year affiliation with the R&B group, The Hitchhikers.
Larry is certified in Building Maintenance from OIC (Occupation Industrialization Center) of Rhode Island. He has also received training in working with people with developmental disabilities at the Trudeau Center in Warwick. His previous experience in maintenance includes work in the school and group home facilities of Behavior Research in Olneyville, RI.
In addition to his CDC responsibilities, Larry is deeply involved in the New Life Community Church, where is serves as Deacon and lead guitarist of the choir under the direction of Barbara Bryant.

Barbara Adams has worked over 22 years managing Section 8 family and elderly housing properties. For the last seven years she has managed Affordable Housing Tax Credit properties. Barbara holds many certifications in the area of residential housing, including : Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), certification for Affordable Housing Development from NeighborWork Training Institute Washington, DC and from the Institute of Real Estate Management for successful completion of tax credit training.
Barbara is very active in the community and she currently serves as Vice President of the board for the West Elmwood Housing Development Corporation. She also sits on the following committees: the Executive Board Committee, Youth Committee, Asset Management Committee and Fund raising Committee.

Billy has always been mechanically inclined and worked various construction jobs growing up. He has worked for Dimeo Properties for the last eleven years, and with Ryan Elliot Management for the previous five. For the past six years he has worked directly with the Smith Hill CDC, through his position with Dimeo Properties.
Billy has many certifications in the area of commercial and residential property management, including : Lead Mitigation Certification through the Rhode Island Association of Realtors, Maintenance Operation Basics from the Institute of Real Estate Management, as well as OSHA and CPR certification.
Billy lives in East Providence with his beautiful family, Rosa and Madison. In his spare time he likes to hunt in the woods of Maine.
