Property Donations

Gifts of real estate can have special benefits for both the donor and the recipient. All gifts would be used to increase the number of affordable housing units in our area and there are excellent tax benfits to real estate donors.

Please contact the CDC in order to learn more about making gifts of real estate. We will be pleased to work with you and your financial advisors as you explore the benefits that may be available through a gift of real estate.
