Visions

Smith Hill Visions was a Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) project comprising 26 rental units completed in 2002. This $5.6 million project included both new construction as well as full gut rehabs. Loosely focused on Goddard and Bernon streets, the positive impact of the Visions development is attested to by the current success of this thriving working-class neighborhood.
