As the project’s name suggests, this undertaking is the next phase of our efforts to revitalize the Smith Hill Neighborhood. Building on the successes of our previous projects, Visions II is a unique and aggressive initiative that will produce 52 units of high quality affordable rental housing. Feature of the Month - The First Completed Homes
The first six properties are compete which represents 15 new homes to our neighborhood! So far, we have 100% occupancy and our new tenants love their new homes. If you, or anyone you know is looking for a great place to live please visit our Rental Section and download an application now. As the new units come on-line, they are filling fast! We are also pleased to announce that work has been completed on the Camden Avenue retaining wall.
