The mission of the Community Congress is to bridge and strengthen the Chad Brown/Smith Hill/Elmhurst neighborhoods through open forums, community projects and collaborative partnerships. With this mission comes a commitment to utilize community assets to improve the neighborhoods in which we live, work, study, worship and play.

The Congress is made up of local residents and organizations committed to share ideas, activities and work to make the community stronger.

The Community Congress meets once a month for an hour at rotating locations in the Smith Hill area. Please see the Community Calendar for the next meeting place and time.
