Smith Hill Community Development Corporation supports residents with more than just housing.
Through a partnership with Housing Network of Rhode Island and NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley, the Smith Hill CDC hosts a full-time AmeriCorps member trained and professionally certified as a Resident Services Coordinator. By working with tenants and community members, our RSC is able to provide resources that help maintain safe, affordable housing. Services include:
